Allen Gholian is the Director of Operations for Shield Commercial Real Estate. His responsibilities include transaction coordination, collecting market research, creating marketing brochures, and supplementing agent marketing and sales efforts. With nearly a decade of real estate experience, Allen is highly knowledgeable in underwriting, property analysis, and financial modeling.

In addition to working at 4 other real estate brokerage companies, Allen has also worked in financial planning and portfolio management at Merrill Lynch. He has had broad exposure to the real estate and finance industries and has consistently helped manage and strengthen client relations.

Allen graduated from USC’s Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in real estate and finance. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, reading, coaching youth basketball and playing sports.
